About Us2011 BBB Business Ethics Award Recipient
Congratulations to the Recipients of the 2011 Business Ethics Awards! BBB Serving Southern Alberta and East Kootenays was joined by 200 local business and community leaders to honour seven outstanding businesses on May 4 at the 2011 Business Ethics Awards. "It is a testament to the value of trust in our communities when a record number of consumers nominate organizations for the 2011 Business Ethics Awards" said Sandra Crozier-McKee, President and CEO of BBB Serving Southern Alberta. "This year's nominees were of an extremely high calibre and BBB is honoured to be able to recognize these businesses." The event was held at The Westin Calgary and had a relaxed cocktail hour feel. Lea Willams-Doherty emceed the awards and helped congratulate all businesses in attendance for their years of support. Deputy Mayor Gael MacLeod and newly-appointed BBB CEO and President Sandra Crozier-McKee presented four businesses with honourable mentions, and three businesses with 2011 Business Ethics Awards. Re: Installation quality and service Chuck was extremely careful in everything he did and was 100% receptive of what we were looking for and how we wanted everything done. Regards, Good morning, A few weeks ago I noticed that one of the bottom railings supporting one of the glass panels, had slipped out of the corner post, leaving the glass sitting at a bit of a dangerous angle. I immediately called your company and I once again was most impressed with the immediate, no hassle, service I received. The person I spoke with immediately stated that the rail was likely cut a little to short, thus allowing it to slip out of the post. He said he would try to get a technician out in the next few days. I then had a call from the technician and the very next day the problem was fixed. A new railing was installed and it once again looks like new! In today's world, I have found most companies to find reasons why it's not their issue and they typically give you the royal run around. Your company has obviously understood the meaning of 'customer service' and as a result, has likely done very well for itself. This has been an awesome experience for me and you can count on me to spread the word about the quality of not only your product, but your customer service! Very impressive! Well done and thank you! Very accomodating and helpful with setting up times and working within our schedules, and getting it done very quickly. Firstly, I was most impressed with the way you treated Anita and myself at your office and the prompt emailing of the estimate. Max did a fine job of installing the vinyl and Rinchen could not possibly have done more to ensure the posts and railings were installed securely, straight and plumb! Both young men were a joy to have working on the deck. I can't compliment you enough for having two such fine employees who demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.
