The job which you were hired to do has been completed and I feel that I have to comment regarding the work that was done.
From start to finish I couldn't have been more pleased. Beginning with the initial visit, then the estimate and finally the work itself.
The explanation as to what was to be done, how it was to be done along with what I considered a fair estimate was presented very professionally yet explained in layman's terms so as to be easily understood.
The two individuals who did the job were just great, answering any questions I had and handling themselves as the pros that they were.
The building itself has 6 decks that will eventually need to be done and we've decided that we will have them done at the rate of two each year. I look forward to having you contact me again this time next year to arrange the next two decks to be done.
